A mad scientist and former colleague of Vegapunk. His Gas-Gas Fruit lets him create, control, and become any type of gas — including poison gas and oxygen removal. He was conducting illegal experiments on children at Punk Hazard, using them to develop weapons of mass destruction. Defeated by Luffy and later dragged along as a hostage through Dressrosa and Whole Cake Island.
