One of Big Mom's three Sweet Commanders. His Biscuit-Biscuit Fruit creates biscuit soldiers so tough that even Luffy's Gear Fourth couldn't break them at first. He hides inside his biscuit armor — the 'Cracker' everyone knew was actually the armor, not him. Luffy only beat him by eating his biscuits faster than he could make them, with Nami softening them with rain.
