Captain of the Donquixote Pirates, former Warlord, former King of Dressrosa, and former World Noble. He was the underground's most influential broker under the alias "Joker." His String-String Fruit lets him create razor-thin strings that cut through buildings, control people like puppets, and even repair internal organs. He is a major antagonist of the Marineford Arc and the main antagonist of the Dressrosa Arc.
