The son of Kozuki Oden and heir to the Kozuki clan. He ate an artificial Devil Fruit created by Vegapunk that transforms him into a dragon. He was sent 20 years into the future by his mother Toki's time powers to one day reclaim Wano from Kaido. After the raid on Onigashima, he became the Shogun of Wano.
