Luffy's father and the leader of the Revolutionary Army, the organization fighting to overthrow the World Government. Called 'The World's Worst Criminal' by the government. He saved Luffy from Smoker at Loguetown. Despite being one of the most important figures in the story, very little about his powers or past has been revealed.
