A cat mink and one of the two rulers of the Mokomo Dukedom on Zou. He rules during the night while Inuarashi rules during the day. He is one of Kozuki Oden's Nine Red Scabbards. A former member of both the Whitebeard Pirates and the Roger Pirates, having sailed with Oden.
