One of Doflamingo's top officers. His Stone-Stone Fruit lets him merge with and control stone — he absorbed all of Dressrosa's stone structures to become a giant the size of a mountain. Despite his enormous body, he has a very high-pitched voice which he is extremely sensitive about. Zoro cut him down in one of the most satisfying attacks in the arc.
