Sanji's older sister and the only Vinsmoke sibling who retained her emotions (like Sanji, thanks to their mother Sora's sacrifice). She helped Luffy by sucking poison out of his body at Whole Cake Island. Despite being kind, she stayed with Germa because she felt she had no choice.
