About

A former rear admiral of the Navy who left the military to become the captain of the Drake Pirates. After the timeskip, he joined Kaido's crew as part of the Tobiroppo (Flying Six). He ate an Ancient Zoan Devil Fruit that lets him transform into an Allosaurus. In reality, he is a double agent working for SWORD, the Marines' secret anti-pirate unit.
