Why the Devil Fruit quiz is the easy one

Devil Fruits are named after their powers, and the names repeat a pattern once you have watched enough of the series — Gomu Gomu no Mi for rubber, Mera Mera no Mi for fire. Most players who have seen the anime can work out a fruit they have never been quizzed on. That is why 60% of games on it end in full marks.

The Character Quiz gives you no such ladder. It asks you to attach a name to a face out of a cast of hundreds, and there is no rule to fall back on — you either recognise the character or you don't. The best score anyone has posted is 11 out of 15, and the average sits at 7.5.

How we measured this

Every figure here comes from scores players saved to our own leaderboard — no estimates and no survey. Rounds that were opened and abandoned without answering are left out, since a walkaway is not a wrong answer. The page is regenerated from live results every time the site is deployed, so these numbers move as people play.
