Mr. 3 of Baroque Works. His Wax-Wax Fruit lets him create and control wax that hardens like steel. Originally a villain in the Little Garden arc, he ended up helping Luffy escape Impel Down. His wax was the key to freeing Ace's sea prism stone handcuffs at Marineford. Now a member of Buggy's crew.
